SHI Offers Seamless & Flexible Business to Business e-Commerce

SHI offers a set of procurement options that are unique to the industry, we do not dictate a common solution for e-commerce. We are continually exploring new technologies to allow easy integration with our customers' procurement systems and to extend the depth of website adaptation and customization to fit the specific needs of each customer. Some of the possibilities include integration with Intelyis, Ariba, Peregrine Systems, Oracle, and OBI. Several customers choose to conduct business via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). SHI can also integrate with proprietary procurement systems.  Many customers utilize multiple transaction methods. SHI has the knowledge, experience, and dedication to technological advancement that ensures successful, seamless, timely integration with a variety of systems.

Leadership
SHI is recognized by both customers and solution providers to be a leader in e-commerce technology. Due to our expertise, we are often selected by e-commerce solution providers to join their elite group of initial suppliers, to be a pilot member.

SHI has also been selected to serve on a procurement system evaluation committee for one of our largest accounts, to provide technical feedback and a supplier's view of the systems.  SHI built support for two final systems and ran them in a demonstration environment to allow the customer to evaluate the actual operation of these systems. The procurement system which seemed to best fit the customer's expectations was fully implemented and SHI completed the integration.
