This enables us to provide customers with a total hardware solution that includes desktop and notebook computers, printers, memory boards, modems, storage products, and more.

SHI will manage the complete installation process from unboxing and cabling connections to a complete power-on test of the desktop unit (including any peripheral devices).

Customers can use SHI’s field and depot services to clear project backlogs, provide specialist support where local staff lacks experience, or back-fill basic support functions to free internal resources for mission critical support.

  SHI has a full-service configuration lab.  In addition, our suppliers and distributors comprise a partner network of configuration centers and repair depots throughout North America.   We offer configuration services for the following manufacturers' products:

  a web-based application designed to assist our customers in the overwhelming task of tracking and accounting for computer equipment purchased through SHI. In conjuction with our Configuration Center, we can assist the customer with initial data entry information upon implementation. Additional end user information can be added post shipment by the customer.
