SHI's Enterprise Licensing Program Reports relieve the burden of tracking and can be consolidated to show all VLP agreement purchases, or run individually for each of your government licensing programs. Three standard,customizable reports are automatically provided at the end of each customer-established reporting period.

• Global Report- Item summaries for an entire organization
• Enterprise License Report- Item summaries by manufacturer
• Client Usage Report- Includes purchase order #’s, release #’s, etc.

Each report can be generated for the entire organization or separated by division/shipping location.  These reports typically reference critical data such as contract #’s, manufacturer part #’s, purchase order #’s, and installation zip codes, satisfying the manufacturer requirements in volume license program agreements.

Monthly Maintenance Renewal Reports are an additional service provided by SHI to optimize management of all facets of your licensing programs.  These reports are made possible by SHI's customized order entry system, and can be produced to identify every maintenance transaction that will expire within a set number of days. This will prevent any unexpected and untimely expiration of maintenance and support purchased under your government licensing agreements.
